Shipping Policy

Please make sure to read the product description carefully before placing your order. Some CRUELWORLD products are Preorder, while others are Premade, and shipping timelines vary depending on the item.

Preorder Items

Preorder items are made specifically for each production release and are not ready to ship immediately.

Please allow approximately 1–4 weeks for production.

Once the bulk shipment arrives to us and your item is in hand, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by manufacturing, freight, customs, or other unexpected delays.

Premade Items

Premade items are already produced and ready for fulfillment.

Please allow approximately 1–3 business days after placing your order for your package to be processed and shipped.

Orders Containing Preorder & Premade Items

If your order contains both preorder and premade products, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
