Refund policy

A refund must be held after you email us @support@cruelworld.us, we unfortunately don't offer item exchanges or send backs. Once you purchase from us you CANNOT get a refund if it does not fit you, you don't like it anymore, or you just don't want it anymore. A valid refund with us means your clothes came with a flaw in it or you did not get what you ordered. And of course you must provide evidential proof of your reasoning for a refund.
