SHIPPING INFO
Please allow 1 - 5 days to process an order AFTER you purchase from us, once your item is processed, expect an estimated 1-3 weeks for your package to arrive! If it takes any longer feel free to email us support@cruelworld.us

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to pay duties and taxes, which is the responsibility of the customer and out of our control. 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
A refund must be held after you email us @support@cruelworld.us, we unfortunately don't offer item exchanges or send backs. Once you purchase from us you CANNOT get a refund if it does not fit you, you don't like it anymore, or you just don't want it anymore. A valid refund with us means your clothes came with a flaw in it or you did not get what you ordered. And of course you must provide evidential proof of your reasoning for a refund. PLEASE SEND A PHOTO OF THE FLAW, AND PACKAGING IF ISSUE COMES UP.

LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been shipped. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be reshipped.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

By purchasing a pre-order item from us, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Pre-Order Agreement: Pre-order products have an estimated production timeframe of approximately 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. Customers understand and accept that these items are not immediately available and will require production time before shipping.

  2. Chargeback Terms: Initiating a chargeback prior to the conclusion of the clearly stated production period (2-4 weeks) is a breach of this agreement. Customers agree that placing a pre-order represents a commitment to wait the full stated production period.

  3. Communication: If customers have concerns regarding their order status or production timeline, they agree to first contact customer support directly for resolution before taking any action such as filing chargebacks or disputes.

  4. Acknowledgement: By completing a pre-order purchase, customers explicitly agree to the terms outlined in this policy and acknowledge understanding that the product requires production time and is not immediately available for shipment.

Customer's information remains confidential and will not be shared/sold under any circumstances.
